Specialist tax advice on inheritance, gifts and non-residents

You speak directly with a real adviser, not an automated platform. We study your case, explain what can be done and send you a closed quote before any work starts.

Who we are

Gestisyd is the division of Dealonsos Centro Asesor, S.L. specialised in inheritance tax, gift tax, non-resident taxation and the Beckham regime. We focus exclusively on these four areas to be able to master them in depth.

There is no flat-rate software or chatbot behind Gestisyd: there are qualified tax advisers who study every file, review the regional regulations that apply, and sign off on the work. When you write to us, a real adviser writes back.

We assist clients resident anywhere in Spain and non-residents from any country, in Spanish and English, in person or fully online.

Our services

Four areas of specialisation. If your case fits one of them, we can help. If it doesn't, we'll tell you straight away.

A family of brands, one professional structure

Gestisyd is part of a group of tax-advisory brands aimed at different client profiles. Each brand covers a distinct area, but they share the same legal and professional backing.

Why choose Gestisyd

Five reasons that set us apart from a generic platform.

Human attention

You speak with a real adviser from the very first enquiry. No chatbot, no form deciding for you, no anonymous queue.

Specialisation

Only inheritance, gifts, non-residents and the Beckham regime. We don't spread ourselves thin into other areas: we do what we know.

Region-by-region analysis

We know the differences in inheritance and gift tax across the 17 autonomous communities and the Basque/Navarrese chartered territories.

Bilingual

Service in Spanish and English for international clients: emails, calls, quotes and deliverables in your language.

Legal backing

We trade as Gestisyd, a brand of Dealonsos Centro Asesor, S.L., a Spanish company registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry.

Typical cases we handle

Some examples of the type of file that lands on our desk regularly. If your situation looks similar, we can help.

Cross-border successions

A relative dies in Spain and one of the heirs is not tax resident here. We correctly apply the regional rules that should be available to non-residents, in line with the EU (CJEU C-127/12) and Spanish Supreme Court case-law on non-discrimination.

Property gifted in Madrid

Parents who gift a home to their child in the Madrid region. We file Form 651 applying the 99% allowance available to Group I and II beneficiaries, subject to the gift being formalised in a public deed before a Spanish notary.

Inheritance with the family home in Madrid

A Group II heir (spouse or child) inherits the deceased's main residence. We apply the state allowance for the family home together with the Madrid regional credit.

Form 210 holiday lettings

A non-resident owner who lets a holiday property on the Spanish coast. We file Form 210, which from 2024 can be filed annually during January of the following year for rental income. Owners resident in the EU, Iceland or Norway can deduct property-related expenses; residents of third countries (including the UK after Brexit) are taxed on gross income.

Beckham regime for a new resident

A professional moving to Spain who meets the requirements of the special impatriate regime. We notify the tax office of the election within the deadline and handle the yearly returns.

How we work

Four straightforward steps, no surprises, with a closed quote before any work begins.

1

Case review

We go through your documentation, the regional rules that apply and the deadlines. We tell you whether the case is viable before any commitment is made.

2

Closed quote

We send you the cost and timeline in writing before starting. You know what you're paying, what is included and what is not. No hidden fees.

3

Filing

We compute, file and defend the relevant tax forms before the Spanish tax office and, where applicable, before the regional tax authority.

4

Follow-up

We keep you informed of the status of your file and answer any further queries that arise within the agreed scope of work.

What we don't do

So you know where we can help and where we can't. Being honest about our limits is part of the service.

  • Bookkeeping and self-employed tax filings (quarterly income tax, VAT, Forms 130 and 303, etc.).
  • Company incorporation, statutory amendments, mergers and other corporate-secretarial work.
  • Employment law and payroll: contracts, social-security registrations, dismissals, contributions.

For these matters we refer you to Dealonsos Centro Asesor, S.L. (our parent firm), which provides full-service advice with a dedicated team for each area.
