Conditions of use of the website www.gestisyd.es (the "Site"), belonging to DEALONSOS CENTRO ASESOR, S.L. (Tax ID/NIF B-87191961), with registered office at Calle Olímpico Francisco Fernández Ochoa 24, 28923 Alcorcón (Madrid). GESTISYD is a specialist brand of DEALONSOS CENTRO ASESOR, S.L. for inheritance, gifts, non-resident taxation and other specific tax matters.

1. Introduction

These terms govern access to and use of the Site and, where applicable, the process to request professional services (inheritance, donations, non-resident taxation, Form 210, international successions and similar engagements). Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using the Site. If you do not agree, you must not use it.

3. Users and Use of the Site

Access and/or use of this GESTISYD portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions will apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.

• Use the Site to review services and request engagements.
• Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful requests.
• Be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity.
• Provide truthful and accurate information.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them for:

• engaging in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order;
• disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, apology of terrorism, or an attack on human rights;
• causing damage to the physical and logical systems of GESTISYD, its suppliers, or third parties, introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems likely to cause the aforementioned damage;
• attempting to access and use the email accounts of other users or modifying or manipulating their messages.

GESTISYD reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or childhood, public order or safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

4. Personal Data Protection

Processing of data arising from the use of the Site is governed by the Privacy Policy. In forms, before submitting, the user must tick "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice".

5. Service Request Process

1. Request: the user describes the case via the Site's forms.
2. Quote: GESTISYD sends a quote identifying whether the service is a one-off filing or an Annual Plan, together with the scope, taxpayers and properties included, and exclusions.
3. Acceptance: the engagement is accepted when the client confirms the quote and conditions in writing (email).
4. Execution: the work is performed according to the accepted scope.

6. Quotes and Invoicing

Before work starts, GESTISYD provides a quote or engagement proposal setting out the scope, applicable taxes and amount payable. Any material scope change affecting the amount will be communicated and requires prior acceptance by the client.

7. Payment Method

No payment gateways or POS/TPV are used on the Site. Payment is requested upon engagement acceptance and is made by bank transfer or the method expressly stated and accepted in the quote. Any recurring charge requires a valid payment authorisation. Start or delivery of work may be conditioned on receipt of payment when specified.

Annual Plan and renewal

Where the quote expressly identifies an Annual Plan, its duration, start date, included services and amount payable will be set out in the engagement terms. The Annual Plan renews for further annual periods unless cancelled. GESTISYD will give the client notice in a durable medium at least 30 calendar days in advance, stating the renewal date, applicable amount, scope for the new period, and the method and deadline for cancellation. Cancellation may be sent by email to info@gestisyd.es or through the method specified in the notice.

Representation before the Spanish Tax Agency and notices

Representation and access to notices only become active once the required power of attorney for each action has been granted, registered and accepted. The ordinary Annual Plan scope includes checking notices, an initial review, alerting the client and the straightforward actions expressly included in the quote. Allegations, appeals, inspections, claims and other complex proceedings require acceptance of an additional quote. Ending the Annual Plan does not itself revoke registered powers of attorney; GESTISYD will inform the client of the steps required for revocation or withdrawal.

8. Delivery of Work

Work (reports, filings, submissions, etc.) will be delivered electronically (email or enabled platform) within the indicative timeframe agreed with the client, subject to document availability and possible third-party requirements (e.g., authorities).

9. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

The client may cancel an engagement before the material start of the work. If work has already begun, proportional fees for work effectively performed and any incurred expenses will be due. For the Annual Plan, cancellation given within the stated deadline prevents the next renewal without affecting services already provided or accrued during the current period. 10. Liabilities

• The continuous availability of the Site and the absence of errors or harmful elements are not guaranteed.
• GESTISYD is not liable for damages arising from interferences, interruptions, malware, failures or unauthorised intrusions beyond its control.
• Access to the Site does not imply a commercial relationship until the engagement is expressly accepted.
• The information contained in this portal, including the tax calculator, is for informational and guidance purposes only and does not constitute personalised legal or tax advice.

11. Information and Website Content

Information displayed is current as of the last update date. Links to third-party sites may be provided; we are not responsible for their content or for damages arising from their use. The inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.

12. Security: Viruses, Hacking and Other Attacks

It is forbidden to introduce viruses, carry out attacks or attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its servers. Any breach may be reported to the competent authorities.

13. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Site design, source code, trademarks and distinctive signs (including images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; logos, colour combinations, structure and design) belong to DEALONSOS CENTRO ASESOR, S.L. or third-party licensors and are protected by the corresponding rights.

All rights reserved. Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication of the contents of this website, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of GESTISYD.

The USER may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them on their computer's hard drive or on any other physical medium as long as it is solely and exclusively for personal and private use.

14. Right of Exclusion and Modifications

GESTISYD reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who breach these General Conditions of Use.

GESTISYD may modify the conditions determined herein at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals according to law, without prejudice to the rights and complaint mechanisms available to consumers. The former EU ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
